Recipe to Use Vegetable Sprouts
Ingredients :
- 4 tablespoon of any vegetable sprouts
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 Cucumber, Sliced
- 1 cup lettuce(optional)
- 1 Small bell pepper, diced
- 1 Small green capsicum, diced
- ¼ Cup coriander, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients sprouts, grated carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, capsicum and coriander.
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sesame seeds oil, salt and pepper to make dressing.
- Pour the dressing to the mixture and toss it well.
- Serve it immediately or refrigerate it until serve.
