How to use Wet Pack?

• Take the big cotton strip, dip it into cold water, squeeze out the excess water and wrap the strip around your abdomen.
• Tuck it into place to prevent it from falling off. Half of the pack should be above your navel and half below your navel.
• Soak the small strip in cold water. Squeeze the water out of the strip and wrap it around your neck.
• Soak the second small strip in cold water. Squeeze the excess water out of the strip and wrap it around your forehead.

• You can apply the wet pack at any time.

How do I take it?

1. Choose a comfortable place to perform your enema, including a private bathroom.
2. First, rinse your enema pot a few times.
3. Next, fill your enema pot with 300-500ml of clean, lukewarm water.
4. Next, oil the tip of your pipe with coconut or olive oil, whichever is more natural.
5. Finally, place your enema pot on top of a shelf (the shelf should be higher than your buttocks) and kneel on the floor.
6. Bend over with your butt up and your head on the floor. Insert the pipe about 2 inches into your rectum. The tip of the pipe should be held in one hand to prevent it from falling out. You can use the clamp to adjust the water pressure.

How to make sprouts:

• Sprout in Well-Lit Area: Avoid direct sunlight by keeping the jar or tray in a well-lit spot. Continue rinsing overnight until sprouts reach the desired length.
• Harvest and Store: Once sprouts are ready, give them a final rinse, drain well, and harvest. Store the harvested sprouts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.

Jal Neti Lota

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use a Jal Neti lota :

1. Fill the Neti Lota with the normal tap water.
2. Stand in front of a sink or over a basin.
3. Tilt your head to one side at about a 45-degree angle. Make sure your forehead is higher than your chin.
4. Place the spout of the Neti pot into your upper nostril. The spout should create a comfortable seal to prevent water from leaking.
5. Open your mouth and breathe through your mouth throughout the process. This prevents water from flowing into your mouth.
6. Gently pour the water into the upper nostril. The solution should flow through the nasal passages and come out of the lower nostril.
7. Adjust the tilt of your head to allow the water to flow easily.
8. After half of the solution has been used, remove the Neti Lota from your nostril and tilt your head in the opposite direction.
9. Insert the spout into the lower nostril and repeat the process.
10. Once the Neti lota is empty, stand upright and allow any remaining water to drain from your nose.
11. Gently blow your nose to remove any remaining water and mucus.
12. Rinse the Neti Lota with warm water after each use. Allow it to air dry to prevent the growth of bacteria.
