Description
Enema is safe, painless, and easy to use.
How do I take it?
- Choose a comfortable place to perform your enema, including a private bathroom.
- First, rinse your enema pot a few times.
- Next, fill your enema pot with 300-500ml of clean, lukewarm water.
- Next, oil the tip of your pipe with coconut or olive oil, whichever is more natural.
- Finally, place your enema pot on top of a shelf (the shelf should be higher than your buttocks) and kneel on the floor.
- Bend over with your butt up and your head on the floor. Insert the pipe about 2 inches into your rectum. The tip of the pipe should be held in one hand to prevent it from falling out. You can use the clamp to adjust the water pressure.
- Allow the water to drain completely into your bowels.
- Then, remove the pipe and keep the water in your bowels for 5 to 10 minutes. While walking, massage your belly clockwise and then counterclockwise.
- The dirt that has been deposited will begin to move out of its location. When you are feeling the urge to go to the toilet, go to the toilet and sit down.
- You’ll be shocked at how full your gut was.
How often should I do an enema?
Do an enema once a day for the first three weeks. After 3 weeks, you should only do this once a week or whenever you need to. Do not take it every day after 3 weeks. If you experience any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Colds
- Colds
- Diarrhea
- Stomach pain
- Headache
Take the enema more often – 2-3 times a day – and see immediate results.
What time of day should I do an enema?
You can do an enema during the morning, right after your morning meal. If you can’t take it in the morning, you can take it any time of the day, as long as you keep a 2-3 hour gap between food and enema.
Caution:
- Enemas should not be used by children under 10 years of age, pregnant women, and those who have (hemorrhoid) piles.
- The enema should not be mixed with soap, chemical products, coffee, or lemon. It must be clean water.
