Refresh, Release, Rejuvenate your Gut
Have you ever opened the junk drawer in search of a screwdriver but found yourself buried by a mountain of misplaced things, dead batteries, and twisted wires? Sometimes our bodies are like that garbage drawer. We pack a lot of things in there, including stress, nutritious meals, and late-night snacks. In the end, the bad stuff gathers and has to be cleared out. Enemas may be compared to opening a drawer and pressing the “reset” button to give your gut a clean slate.
What is Enema?
A safe, all-natural, and highly efficient method of cleansing the colon is the enema. It is simple to practice at home and takes only ten minutes to remove toxins from our body, leaving us feeling lighter than we have ever experienced!
Why is it used?
Our improper eating habits and unnatural lifestyle cause our food to not be properly digested, which causes undigested waste to get stuck to the walls of our intestines and develop toxins inside our bodies. We won’t get the expected health advantages from eating the right foods if waste and pollutants build up within our bodies, regardless of how healthy the meal is. Therefore, cleansing our internal system comes first, before consuming the correct diet. Here’s when Enema is beneficial!
Benefits of Enema:
- The lower part of the large intestine, the last segment of the intestines (digestive system) where undigested waste gets stuck before removal through the rectum and anus, is made possible by the enema. Our body can no longer eliminate this waste during a regular bowel movement because it hardens and gathers on the walls of our colon over time. Water absorbed in this area during the enema facilitates the waste’s departure from where it started and eventually allows its removal from the body as stool.
- Enema helps treat many chronic illnesses since most diseases are caused by the buildup of toxins inside the body, and no disease can exist in a body that is organically clean.
- It reduces indigestion in all of its symptoms, such as bloating, acidity, vomiting, stomach aches, constipation, and diarrhea.
- It is an excellent natural remedy for common diseases including fever, colds, and coughs.
- Additionally, it aids in weight loss and leaves one feeling incredibly light and at ease.
- It also promotes healthy skin and aids in the development of clean, radiant skin that is free of marks and pimples.
- It enhances general health and helps with increased vitality, a better immune system, and less stress.
How to Use Enema?
- Assemble the enema pot’s components.
- Fill it with 200–400 ml of clean, lukewarm water after washing it twice or three times with plain water and tightening the clamp to halt the water flow.
- The nozzle tip may be lubricated by adding a few drops of natural coconut or olive oil.
- The full pot should be hung from a wall or placed on a shelf so that its level is higher than your waist.
- Place yourself on the Western or Indian toilet seat and lean forward, bringing your chest up to your thighs and your head down.
- Using your right hand, carefully slide the nozzle tip up to about 2 inches into your rectum. To let water enter your intestines, hold the nozzle in position with your left hand and release the clamp with your right. The hand postures discussed here apply to the control of the right hand. If a person is left-handed, they can just switch the hand positions.
- After you’re satisfied, remove the nozzle and tighten the clamp once more to halt the water flow.
- For five to ten minutes, while walking and rubbing your stomach in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, hold the water inside your intestines. This will help the waste that has stuck to your intestine’s walls to move out of there.
- Sit on the toilet seat and let your body remove toxins when you have a strong need to release waste. It will feel so good to be free of this undigested garbage and light.
Points to be remembered?
- During the first 21 days, an enema must be given once daily, preferably in the morning after normal bowel movements.
- It should be given two to three times a day for a speedy recovery if you have a cough, cold, fever, diarrhea, indigestion, vomiting, stomach discomfort, or any other acute illness.
- Children under ten years old, pregnant women, and those suffering from piles (hemorrhoids) should not undergo an enema. All other people are safe.
- For the enema, use simply plain water. Avoid combining chemicals, soap solution, coffee, lemon juice, etc.
